Aboriginal & Participation Training
Our Aboriginal Participation & Training program walks hand in hand with our Cultural Heritage Management framework to enhance employment opportunities for local Aboriginal men & women to work in meaningful roles within these projects.
A2B’s Aboriginal Training and Participation Program provides regionally recruited Aboriginal men & women with opportunities for long term employment on our projects.

With our innate connection to country, having local Indigenous people employed long term on our projects is beneficial in many ways.
Continuing to up-skill our Aboriginal workforce will ensure our recruits gain valuable and transferrable skills while working across our projects.

On consultation with Project Managers and contractors on current projects we have identified the major skill sets required for the life of the project. We can also engage our network of RTO's to provide further training as the need arises.
Labour Hire
Recruited by our team to bring together the highest calibre of Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander Apprentices, Skilled Trades, Labourers and Construction labour hire for roles across both Metropolitan and regional Victoria.

In collaboration with A2B Personnel, our recruitment process involves an in-depth, personable pre-screening interview with the A2B Head Office Team. This determines job suitability & opportunities for potential up-skilling.
